CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens to the best of us, however cancellations and rescheduling does restrict how I am able to best fill my books for optimal performance. Please be mindful that I am a single tech that offers 1on1 appointments making it nearly impossible to recoup revenue when cancellations happen. There will be a required %25 cancellation or rebooking fee to be paid if cancelation is 72 hours or less before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are required for any same day or week of appointments. Thank you for understanding.
